The Hall Door Restaurant
Welcome to The Hall Door. This is a restaurant of distinction offering superb Irish cuisine with an enticing menu that reflects Castle Dargan’s’ proximity to land and sea, incorporating all that Sligo has to offer.
Our Chefs use only the finest, freshest local produce to create mouth-watering dishes you will enjoy in an atmosphere of warmth and excellent service. We know from experience that by combining imagination with attention to detail, we can create something special every time. Enjoy your meal while taking in the stunning views of the Castle Dargan Golf Course and the Sligo Countryside.
The restaurant is open Friday & Saturday evenings from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
The Middleton Bar & Courtyard
We know you’ll enjoy yourself in The Middleton Bar. Sink into a comfortable chair and take time to sit back and relax with a drink.
Savour a sip and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the 1st tee and 18th hole of our Championship Golf Course. The atmosphere here is just right – Light and airy, with our popular bar menu.
This is a bar probably unlike any other in the country as it has become a favourite meeting place for locals and residents alike. Just like the Estate itself, it’s an eclectic mix and the air of warmth and conviviality is very real to everyone who comes in. Choose between both indoor and outdoor dining to enjoy your meal.
Group Dining
Castle Dargan Estate is the perfect location to host your group function. Nestled in the Sligo countryside, it provides a perfect backdrop for your booking.
We cater for gatherings including Christenings, Communions, Confirmations, Family Gathering and Group Dining. Our experienced team is on hand to make sure your dining experience runs smoothly and that every request is catered for.
We aim to ensure that everyone in your group enjoys their experience at Castle Dargan Estate. In order to do this, we cater for any specific dietary requirements. (Please ensure that we are advised of any dietary requirements where possible at the booking stage).
Private room hire is available for groups who wish to have an intimate event. This is subject to availability.

Communions & Confirmations
Communions and Confirmations are important occasions in a child’s life, so why not let us take care of everyone and allow you to sit back and enjoy the occasion. Children’s menu is available.
For Communion/Confirmations, the child celebrating their special occasion receives their meal complimentary.
You are welcome to bring any additional décor or cake to complete the special occasion.
